Fast paced, well established Pediatric practice.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, courteous, upbeat and above all professional candidate for our phone operator/scheduler position. You will be responsible for answering a high volume of calls for a busy pediatric practice. The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provides friendly, courteous and professional service always to all patients
- Schedule/Cancel/Reschedule Appointments
- Answer patient inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create telephone encounters appropriately
- Maintains and updates any patient info that is required
- Maintains open communication with the Front Desk, Clinical Staff, Providers and Leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Active Listening
- Excellent written and oral expression
- Ability to multitask
- Previous Medical office experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
